The New Year is here! With the new year always comes a glimmer of hope for new opportunities and the idea of being able to put the last calendar year completely behind you. Many of us look forward to starting fresh, but somehow manage to fall back into our own ways by this time (the end of the first week of the new year)...

In this episode, I sit down to not only talk about some plans for the new year, but reflection on the last year including what I want to leave there and what I want to carry with me into the rest of 2023. I dive into some obstacles I foresee and obstacles I faced this last year and swim to the surface with some lighter questions and a laugh.
